personally since I can not have kids (guy over here) i don't know...but my wife have talked about it and she wants three kids. that is a good number for us and we also don't want them to feel lonely or be to bored. no matter the cost kids are well worth it.

I would like to have as many as the Good God deems me to have. I do not wish to frustrate His Will or make my marriage bed a brothel by limiting the fruit of our marriage. There are so many troubles inherent when a gov't determines the number of children you may have. It does not sound like a loving mother (nation) to not desire more children (peoples) to look at her family and say, no! I have enough of you already! :( What other troubles can arise? do not like the gender of the child you have? what do you do? abandon it? kill it? so that you can have another child that may carry on your family name? you have a girl child and that is the end of your family name - because you also do not have any brothers to carry on the family name with his child(ren) Family is so important, yet a gov't who restricts you to one child is denying you a family tree. What kind of tree flourishes with only a Trunk and no branches reaching out? you have no aunts, you have no uncles, you have no cousins. How do you identify yourselves? it is like you are just part of the collective - the borg, if you will. no individuality.... any purpose? It is truly unfathomable to me. Is it true that some chinese will eat aborted fetus as a means of attaining "good health" is this atrocity not also the result of limited family? I am sorry for the chinese people having these inhumane restrictions placed upon them.

I didn't want any. I didn't have any. I think I'd be a poor parent & have migraines and severe allergies that I could've passed on as well. I don't think any child deserves those things.
