Tattoos that show

I have four tattoos, all on my upper arms. I was careful to make sure that I could still wear short sleeve T shirts and tops while I was at work. In a lot of ways I wish I didn't have to think that way as my tattoos are all my own artwork and I am proud of them but common sense and practicality dictate otherwise.

I agree with you I would say get one where it doesn't show when dressing professionally. Like on your calf or thigh maybe even your stomach. My son had one done and it is on his upper arm and it is huge! I told him he shouldn't have gotten it there because when he gets older he may get a proffesional job and it wouldn't look right. (he was 18 when he got his first tattoo.) SO then he got another one and it is on the back of his neck whick can easily be covered by a collar shirt. That may be another place to consider getting one. Or even on your side (between your back and atomach. Good luck.
