Black Dots in front of Eye

Since last month i have started noticing there is moving black dot in my left eye.
Whenever i see i can see this annoying dots. Any help to get rid of this .

If it is only occasionally and they are many and only last a few seconds they are probably floaters and quite normal. If it is ONE spot, or they are big, dark or last for more than a couple of seconds, then it could be a problem and you should see your family doctor, or Eye Doctor to check it out.

I think you should see a doctor, because I believe it indicates a lack of oxygen to the brain.
I used to run a lot and when I went to hard, I would see black dots.
Whatever it is, I am pretty sure it has to do with oxygen intake.
