Do you do small act of kindness everyday?

I tried to. Some simple kindness I do is give something. Like everyday people knocks at our gates asking for donation for there church or they were displace from their place. At work, I help with the new guys also.
Do you think kindness is still in the heart of most people today? I think so to? I also experience kindness from other everyday. The most simple one is a smile a day.

If i have to give something from my earnings, i have it directly to the church or to any genuine charitable institution. It's because sometimes, our act of kindness makes people abusive and we make them even worse.
And yes, you're right, you can start even with a small smile.

people are capable of kindness. some people are just to absorb of their own needs and worries to care or for others. and some are sensitive to the plight of those people surrounding them and they readily reach out for help even if they have little to offer.

I try to. I help my neighbor out a lot! And I also help the elderly at the grocery or walmart. What comes around, goes around...So I try to be the best person I can be so I can enjoy the rewards when they do come! :-)
