Begging, Do you contribute?

Panhandling Does it affect you?
If you see some one begging do you give them money? Do you give them food? Do you give them something they ask for?
I believe that they could just as well better them selves and go get a job. the opinion i had was to get a job at a moving company or something labor intensive.Please post you comments.

I am selective is giving donations. And my giving is depending on my situation at that point of time, for example, I just gotten a bonus, I might be more willing to give. Else I will empty all the small change from my pocket and donate into the collection tins.
