Man can anything else go wrong?

Hey guys! I just need ot vent for a minute. I woke up this morning and was getting my kid dressed... when I noticed that she had something on her belly. I went to brush it off but it did not come off. So I went to pull at it to notcie she had a tick on her... YES that is right folks my kid who is not even 2 had a tick on her. So I flipped my lid called my hubby and told him he needed to get his butt home now. He came home and got a lighter and some tweezers. He burnt it off of her... she got hit too... so I flip out cuz my kid is crying so hard. Ok then later on in the day I get ready ot shave my dog to make sure he does not have any on him... I shave him and I shook my hands off and my wedding band goes flying. It hit the ground once and now we can not find it at all... I am so torn up over it. Then after that I went to go finish the dog and I got his tail really bad... now he looks stupid. Then I was smoking (which I do know is bad) and the wind blew the wrong way and there went my hair. It has just been a really bad day. thanks for listening.

Oh sweetie you are really having a bad day. Keep looking for your ring its got to be there. It probably rolled somewhere under something. I know you will find it. And your little girl will be just fine too. I have alot of ticks in my area and Im always checking my cats for them. Just as long as you pull them out. Hang in there I wouldnt attempt to do anything else today. I couldnt help it I had to laugh. Thanks for the laugh I havent laughed in awhile. You be fine sweetie.

Well I am glad I gave you a laugh. Even tho I was not laughing... but hey it happens to all of us. The rign went flying into our garden area which is covered in mulch... I just pray it shows up... that thing meant the world to me. It was just my band too... I have to diamonds. But that does not mean as much to me. We got married and we were poor so that was what I had. But it is a new day and I am ready now to have more thrown at me... thanks for the pick me up!

Wow, you're really not having a very good day are you?
I have never had a tick problem, actually i have never even seen a tick - touch wood!
The wedding band going flying is bad luck - you should have had it made to fit then it'd never have gotten past your knuckle!
My dogs always look silly when i cut them - they're long haired so it takes forever to clip them & when i do, they only sit still for so long, so most of the time, they're only half clipped - silly looking but better than it was!
As for the smoking with burning your hair - that's just bad luck, i hope you have a better day tomorrow!

Yes the ring flying off is bad luck... not to mention he will be going overseas in a few weeks. I kept saying in between tears that I should have gotten it sized... I hope it will be better today... I still have the dogs head to do... yuck! Thanks... oh and ticks... yea this is the first year I have seen one myself. They are so nasty

I have days like that ALL the time! It really stinks, doesn't it! I burn my hair off atleast once a day...the lady that just did my hair asked me if it was 'layered', lol...I just said yeah, ha...it's shorter in spots from being burnt off with smokes, lol.
Get your dog some frontline or advantix from the vet! That stuff is amazing...it gets rid of fleas and ticks and even keeps away mosquitos.
Can't put that on your daughter though. Just be sure to check her every night, especially between her legs, under her arms and in her hair!
I don't know what to tell you about your wedding ring. You were probably just so flustered about everything else that you overlooked it. Check again tomorrow!

Sorry you had such a bad day.
Kids get ticks during this time of year and its not that unusual. Just be sure to watch to see that she doesn't develop a fever and she should be alright.
Hope you find your wedding ring!
