Do you hang out with people who talk more or less than you?

There's an old theory that in every relationship, someone's the talker and someone's the listener. In groups, this can get much more complicated. Which are you better at? Which are you usually? Does this change when you're around different people?
Myself, I used to be a complete chatterbox but these days, at school, I'm pretty quiet. When I'm at home with my family, though, I talk nonstop. (Have to, to get a word in edgewise. :) )

That's a hard question, a lot of people tell me that I talk alot but sometimes I don't really talk at all. It depends on the situation. Like you said at school I don't talk hardly at all although most of that is because there are so many students that I don't know anyone. With my friends or at work I talk alot but I don't talk nonstop I do let people speak and I know how to listen. I talk alot with my family except in huge family gatherings when I don't talk much at all.

in client groups,I am inclined to be a listener.I am not good at speaking,sometimes ,I am even timid!
but together with my classmates,I will talk nonstop,and to my surprise,they all think I humous,I do not know why.at home,I talk and talk,but with my father,I have not so much words!

erm..actually it depends on the situation.. sometimes.. people love to hear you talk.. so.. i will talk more in such situation.. but sometimes.. people prefer you to talk lesss... because they seldom pay attention on me.. so i won't talk much in such situation.. if i'm with my family.. yah.. maybe i will talk more too..because talking with family members are far much different compared to talking with my friends... sometimes the topics just doesn't suit us.. and i think talking too much will definitely annoy and irritate people.. don't you think so? :)
