I have heard several people, both men and women stating it is the women's place to be Bare Foot and Pregnant in the Kitchen. People still believe that its the women's place to stay home and it is the mans place to work. Or even if a women works the same as a man she should still come home and cook, clean tend to his every need. So what do you think are we still living in the 1920's or not.

Not much though. Today i see more women having jobs. Though reality speaks that men are STILL the ones on the superiority state.

I agree, It seems more Women are getting jobs. Some are greater than others. In my opinon most jobs Women get, are still the small unnoticed jobs. Majority of Men still hold the Corporate Jobs. Even though Women are working in the Corporate world do you still think they should also be required to keep up the house and take care of the family lifestyle all alone.

I agree that discrimination against women is still holding our society back. Even in the workplace, women tend to earn less than a man. If Hillary Clinton wins the presidential race, then maybe women in the United States would have a better chance against the men.

Discrimination is still a very big factor in our society. Unforntunatly I don't see how Hillary would do us any good. If she became President everyone would either be amazed a women was elected and wonder if it was out of popularity or most would argue that a woman is not sutible to be President and would try to impeach her for one reason or another.

it is not the 1920s but there are alot of jobs that women wont do or they do but not that many. women today think that men should do the hard labor jobs and women should be working behind the computer. I would like to see a women out there swinging a hammer but on the other hand men today should do more around the house

I am a guy and I think that any guy thinking that way probably has manhood issues. I have no problems with women working. Some of my better bosses were female. If both partner work, then they should either cook dinner together, or take turns. They should also both do the housework. Now on the other hand, if one of the partners wants to do all the cooking and cleaning, then so be it... then the other one is very lucky and they should remember and show their appreciation.
