If you have to chose what to buy first, which would it be - a car or a house?

That's very true! House should be given importance over a car since a car could only make you convenient when you're travelling but at the end of the day your house would keep you warm and comfortabel all throughout the day when you need a shelter to hide to. So I guess you need to really invest in land becuase it doe increase in value in time especially if the place is already developing place the value of your land would definitely increase. Car's value do depreciate in time as like any other commodoties/appliances in your house.

In the financial sense, I choose buying a house rather than buying a car. A house/lot increases in value as the years pass by and a car depreciates in value. A house would better give me economic and emotional stability as a wife and a mother. I know that my family is not left unsheltered. Finally, I know that I have a house on where to start bringing up my child and where to strengthen my family.

I prefer to choose a house first before the car. You're right, the value of land gets higher as time passes by and car depreciates it's value every year. In my part, I choose the house first because from there I would have a place for a car to park someday.

I will buy a house first.because to some extent, house is our home and it will give me a shelter when I feel frustrated or tired, but a car ,I think it is not necessary when I have not too much money to buy it.without I can live well.
