there is no generation gap between me and my father but i also have one between me and my mother. it is because we don't get along all the time and sometimes we ended up arguing on some things and when i play a joke on her she sometimes doesn't like it lol

Sometimes my parents and I just can't understand each other. But I think this is a popular phenomena in this world. After all we and our parents belong to two different generations.Their childhood is already far away from them. Its understandable that they may sometimes generate gap with our new ideas and opinions. Do you think your opinions are always right?

I don't think there's any actual generation gap between my parents and I. Although there are arguments or misunderstandings sometimes, we always try to sort out the issues, and at last we understand each other. Even friends have arguments, right? No matter how, I try to understand them as parents, coz they have brought up me with love, care and worries. I should treat them much better.

my parents are not that old yet. they had me when they were just in their early 20's, the year they graduated in college. i don't think that we had or ever have an age gap because our age difference is not that big. they can relate to me and they can put themselves in my situation. my mom ie even more cool than i am just like my dad. they also have friends younger than them so they can adjust to our gap. they have an intermediate level thorugh their friends.

Surely most families face this problem as the world changes too fast and older generation can't catch up with the new things and new ideas that come up every day. parents don't understand why the life styles the generations live in and vice versa. There is no way to make up this gap as it is getting wider all the time.

i think i have with my mother, because since i was a kid i never even got closer to my mother just now that im married, its because she is much closer to my older sister. I dont know why, so im much closer to my father than to my father.
