She should do a lot of cardio if she's trying to get off weight from having a baby. She could go running or take up kick boxing or something like that. If you don't do any cardio, you won't be able to see any muscles that she might get from just doing stomach exercises.

Only a little weight huh What is the problem? Wait until she had a couple more LOL
Sorry not trying to be rude Are you going to get on the floor with her and activley support her Do the exercises with her.

Crunchs work good, walking is good, bike riding, swimming. Any activity will do
