PART - 1 biblical teaching concerning the Father
as early as the time of the prophets, God's people have upheld the belief that the Father who created all things is the only true God. the prophet Malachi wrote: "have we not all one Father? did not one God create us..?" Mal.2:10 NIV
and when the time of the apostles in the christian era came, the belief that the Father who created all things is the only one true God was continuously upheld, apostle Paul asserted to the true christians that "there is for us only one God, the Father, who is the creator of all things and for whom we live." I Cor. 8:6 TEV. a teaching Christ Himself taught by recognizing the Father as His God: "Jesus said: ' do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the Father. go instead to my brothers and tell them, "I am returning to my Father and Your Father, to my God and Your God."'" John 20:17 NIV
Christ recognizes the Father not only as His Father but also as His God. and this is likewise proved by apostle Paul "praise be to the God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessings in Christ." Eph 1:3
