i need help....motivation programmes......

hello....i need help from your all of you here to give some information or idea how to manage motivation programmes especially for primary school. i have assignment that need me to handle motivation programmes for primary school and honestly i never ever do this such things (first time)hehehe... i hv been thinking some modul but i quess i need your idea too for make it more creative and fun and most importing things is message can reach to them.so i hope someone can help me....

I am not a motivator but I feel primary school children are the most crucial stage to
start the motivation programme. One of the criteria is to open up their vision for a better future. Positive and success stories can give inspiration for upliftment. Instill in them that through education we can come out of the circle of poverty. Knowledge is power, knowledge is income. To be more creative, visiting hospitals, giant factories and other sites that are related to their studies bring out their interest further in their studies.
