Men.... What do you do right after a break-up?

My last relationship ended about two years ago, and it left me devastated. I feel very sorry for myself and mad at the girl, because she just left me without even telling me what have I done or when she's gone to. What I did was stay at home for atleast two months, invite some friends to talk to and not go out in public as much as possible. In short, I became a person who suffered less interest to mingle with other people, and was really feeling humiliated by what had happened to me. But thanks to my friends and also for the time I took while I was alone, I realized and decided to put my horrible experience away of my sustem and try to enjoy again life. As life doesn't end there, and there are more things/people to come that will surely heal my broken heart. Right now, I'm with my recent girlfriend and I am taking things more slower and precise, for our relationship to last and be more meaningful...
