Do you always mark a best response ?

Welcome to myLot. Yes, you should always select a best response for all your own discussions. You can leave this task for a few days or a week or more, or you can award it to someone who gives you a complete and satisfactory answer. The responsibility and the choice is yours. It is given to the one YOU consider to be the best. It is also your responsibility to read and rate every response to your discussion and to rate every discussion, response or comment you read in other's discussions. This is detailed in "guidelines" which you will find at the bottom of every page.

I normally like to give best response to each and everyone of my discussions. i wait for some amount of time and then decide. I usually wait for 20+ responses, but if i like some response exceptionally then i give it as best resposes without thinking tooo much. You cant select more than one to be best response. I think we dont have any benefitt if we choose or dont choose best response to our discussions.

It is always nice to choose the best response you ever had in your discussions. It help prevents from flooding discussions in your unresolved discussions folder. Well, if your reply has been selected as "best response" then it may head up your reputation.

You can select the best response if you think that what they've posted or reply to your discussion is good. And you can also select the plus and negative. As what they have said if someone will give you a plus or give you the best response your point in your star will increase.
