A lot of pay to posts programs closing down

I wonder why most of pay to posts programs are closing down like payposter before, greennation, paidforum.net, goldposter, goldreferrals and even paidlots.Mosts of this site do say that they closed down because of too many reasons and that is spamming. What is the used of moderators anyway?. Or they could not really afford the expenses of paying members?. There are sites like Mylot, Code4Gold, HYIPstalk, Moneytalk Pro that are left and other new sites on this ones?. Who is to be blame on this matter. Is it the poster of the admin for mismanagement?.

Well you are right about many closing down but i also find a new one almost every day and their are still too many old forums that exist at the moment, and i guess even if 2-3 closed down , to replace them more than 5-6 open every day, atleast now that i have joined more than dozen paid forums i see it every day , a new forum and an old one closing,new one's start in search of new source of income for their admin and the old one closed down because of the lack of income opportunities , its like a circle and i guess it will always be this way.

I think Code4gold turns to nonpaying program.I talked with admin two weeks ago and told me that they would change into nonpaying forum like talkgold or getpaidforum.Do you know what the last case is.I left the program there when I heard the admin's words.Do you know if they do pay or not?
