A recent tv program segment in our country featured a family who eat no meat or even fish, only veggies... i just wonder if they still have energy to do everything they have to do in a day if they're purely vegetarian. they said that it started when the mother got cancer. his husband desperately attended health seminars to cure her ailment, until he found out the curing wonders of eating pure vegetables. his wife's cancer became benign and so he also negated the effect of smoking and drinking when he as well ate only veggies. today, they also taught their children to eat only vegetables. mind you, i saw them eating raw bitter melon! WOW! Are you on for a veggie diet?
