Potassium levels vary with sodium levels, and vice versa, just for the record. For adults, this range is as follows: 3.5–5.0 milliequivalents per liter (mEq/L) or millimoles per liter (mmol/L).

Do you believe it to be off? Have you had a recent blood test? It is critical to keep your potassium in range. If you think it is off, see your doctor ASAP!
