how did you cure you're bad sleeping habits?

how did you cure you're bad sleeping habits? i got a hard time on sleeping lately? i think it leads on not sleeping on right time? can someone give advise.

recently,i also can't sleep well,that affects my life heavily.i can do nothing with it but to close my eyes,leave annoyance behide,and try to relax myself by breathing regularly.if it still doeas't work,i will get up and read a book.all in all ,doing exercise does have a great effect on foming a good sleeping habit.and dringking a bottle of milk is good for sleep,though it's not suitable for me

I'm a great insomniac, but I have discovered a cure, I usually go jogging, and even running in the evening, around 8 PM and I always drink a cup of tea 1 hour before going to sleep. I never drink coffee. Ever. I don't even know what it tastes like. I don't know if it affects your sleepiness, but I'm not willing to risk :D . If I still can't sleep, I start reading a really boring book, and I'm out in a couple of minutes. Hope it works for you too ;).

If you can´t sleep you stend up and you make a walk around the building area where you live, and you look around the envoiment, you continued untill you don´t feel tyred..then you go back to sleep..
If is too complicate try vitamin B1 calcium & magnesium in hot water, just a spun, or camomille with honey...

I have the same trouble with you before .I'm a university student ,I often can't fall asleep till midnight .But one I find I'v solved it .I think it most probably due to the busy life and exercise in moring(running) .If you have nothing to do .You won't feel tired. And I think it is the cause let you keep awake .
