of course spiderman because he is the main character and he is the hero, villains never wins in a story.

spiderman is the only one who could possibly win as the good guys always win, i havn't seen the film as of yet but i will be doing when i get the chance.

spiderman wil win becuase venom cant stand loud noises wereas spiderman has no such weaknesses

Spiderman is claerly, although that in the stile force Venon has much more, however the spider has much more intelligence.
