'Posto;' as you all know that it is a most loved recipe in Bengali lunch or dinner. I am too much fond of Posto being a Bengali. Currently I stay in Patna, Bihar and in a PG accommodation with a local Bengali family. They have a cook and she prepares the worst preparation with Posto, God knows how she does it, but however she manages it and I am even scared to eat Posto which she gives me during lunch or dinner. Can you suggest or comment on how she prepares such thing or if you have ever tasted such bad experience in your life too. Waiting curiously for your response as if this thing continues for few more months, I may become sick to taste any preparation by anybody with Posto.
