will london host the olympics 2012???

yes they won the bid quite long ago! It was announced in Singapore and I was at the venue when they announced it. The french people there were visibly disappointed. I was so pleased that london won. They are already starting work on building the green environmentally friendly olympic village at the east of london. it's going to change the look of london!

Looks like they are and if nothing changes, London will be the first city in the mordern era to host the event three times. It was a vert close finish with Paris coming in second.

I think so or maybe just one of the candidates for hosting it. But even so, they're building a new place to where the olympics will be held at that time. Plus, they're adding a roof in Wimbledon too so whenever it rains they won't have to cancel the match.
