Why we have to plan for retirement ?

For me I have to ensure after retire I don't have to go to work any more and the money work for me..

Yeah. That is a good idea. All the riches always let the money work for them. So they still earn money even at sleep... I love doing somethings.. so when i am retired, i want to do something that can benefits other peoples. I want to work with non-profit organization and help peoples...

We plan for retirement because we have worked hard all our life. We dont want to continue to do so after a certain age. So to have a comfortable old age we plan early for retirement.
