I am talking about artcrafts and gift items which i'm planning to venture in and I want to know the better selling point. Please note that these items are ones you buy NOT out of necessity. What do you consider more, lower price or good quality?

it is always better to have both but sometimes you really have to sacrifice one. For me, I do it on a case to case basis. If you would suffer for trying to reach the lowest price then why not meet it in the middle, having average price at a slightly better quality.

Quality. And I always shop by brand I will always buy a famous brand that I am familiar with and pay more rather paying a less amount and I am not familiar with the brand.

I have to say I have bought some cheap things over the years and been very disappointed. I would have to say I would rather spend a little more for good quality. It would also depend on the item I am buying and how long I would like it to last.

I consider good quality. Anything can be a lower price but will it last, or is it cheap and fall apart right away. I would go with good quality at the most responible price you can make it while still making a profit. God Bless

for me mainly i consider quality... because the product may last longer than expected if it has high quality. for instance if you buy a pair of shoes worth of $10 it usually lasts for 2 weeks and it could easily burst out. if then, you have to buy another pair... and it's just a waste of money. BUt if you pay for a pair of shoes worth of at least $30 it usually lasts for 2 months or more. =:) sometimes i buy items regardless of quality just to save some $$, but they usually are not that important or needed. =:) have fun shopping!!

tnx ipis. i know what you mean abt low quality shoes. good thing in the U.S. is you can easily exchange them for another pair due to bad quality. but still it's taxing to go back and forth to the store just because the cheapoh shoes blow out (again) :P

quality, you can always change the price later if it doesn't work out.

well, if i go for quality, the price would surely be higher, and i'm wondrin if buyers would rather go for cheaper items with regular quality than pricy, higher-quality stuff.
