Of course it is great with pizza... smoked mozarella on basil tomato salad is also nice, but there are a lot more dishes to do with mozarella? what is your favorite?
Mozarella is good on almost anything. Pizza of course is the altime favorite. But I also like it in a sandwich. Like a toasted chicken parmesean, with Mozarella. MMM. I also like it on meatballs and on stuffed shells.
