I once gave my husband a birthday card that made him cry when he read it. It was just a short letter but there I expressed what he meant to me. I think things really don't matter to a loving husband, it would be the time with the family, the acknowledgement, the love and the appreciation of his being a husband and a father (if he is).

My husband's 60th birthday is in August. I am planning a nautical themed party for him. Such milestones should be celebrated. Since he loves to fish and boat, nautical seems the best bet for me.

Give him a surprise party, buy a cake and invite his friends and your family.
Or you can give him a present. A thing that he want very much.
Don't forget you love kiss:)
Good luck

Make a list with the same number of items of your husbands years. Make it in big letters and put it on the wall where everyone can see it during the party that also you organize for him. And call that list "the ...(number of years of your husband).. that drive you crazy about him. You just have to think about that things.. :)
