I have a crush on mylot. I'm addicted to mylot. Mylot is like my packet of cigratte which I never forget before doing any task. Last night when I was responding on mylot , my wife suddenly came upto me and said it's impossible . I had a bet with her that I will have 100 responses for a single discussion in one month. but she insists it is impossible. If I win I do not have to help around the house or clean my almirah and stuff for a week, but if she wins I have to cook dinner for a week. So, respond to the question. Anyway you can tell me that what do you think. Is it possible to have 100 responses to a single discussion as lordwarwizard generally has. Infact becuttie and easy888 are also there who have responses more than 100. Do you think your discussion will ever cross 100 responses. Just share with me your pleasure if this happens.

Hello,samrat,i agree that mylot is addictive and i have craving everyday in addition to my ciagareet craving. Everyone will have the chance to have more than 100 responses if three factors exist, firstly, the topic itself should not be too hard or people will tend not to reply it,it should also be an interesting one.Secondly, you need to have a good timing, if you start the discussion where there are not many members at that time, you may not receive good responses,and the third factor is whether other members like to reply to you.
Anyway,samrat,I think you will get 100 responses for single discussion, and I will reply you if you had only 99 .lol.

Heya, It is obviously possible because some people do it. I think the discussion needs maximum exposure for this to happen though.
I had one discussion that came close but didn't quite make it. It was a heartfelt one and alot of people wished me well and gave advice which was nice.
I generally do not start many discussions though.

well it is possible to get more than 100 responses for one discussion i have not received that much replies but i saw that many members get more than 100 responses and you are just talking of 100 responses members here get more than 200 responses i don't know how but i think when will i get that much responses it's really very difficult to get replies but in my opinion it is very very easy to reply to discussion
because in starting discussion you need to find a very good topic while in case of replying you can reply to any of the discussion started in any topic

I'll probably faint if I was to ever get 100 responses on any of my discussions. I believe the most I have ever gotten is around 60 or 64. Can't remember since it was back when I first started on Mylot. I have often wondered how some are able to get so many, while others try so hard to come with good things to talk about. Even I had a couple of discussions which I thought to be pretty good, only get one or two responses. It can be a real pain sometimes.

well i tell u that it is possible to have 100 replies or even more to a single discussion. i have experience that it was my first discussion here in mylot and i was kinda surprised that it reach more than 100 responses for less than a month. it was really pretty overwhelming that ur single discussion had made many people react on it. for as long as u have good and have a sense in a particular discussion for sure many people in here will reply.

yes u cant coz the that discussion i started was already deleted. i went up in my list of discussion i started but sadly it was already deleted. it was a discussion i started long time ago i think its been almost 4 months already and or sure mylot do the clean-up already. but when i had that discussion i never thought that time how important the reply was thats why i didnt bother to read all of them coz it was pretty tiring. and it was my new days here in mylot that time. now i make sure i do the reply on all the discussion i made. its really great to have a single discussion and many people will react or reply.

by the way erg i rechecked my discussion again and it was not deleted, sorry for telling u it was deleted i really thought it was coz it didnt appear in my discussion i started but when i check my unresolved discussion it was still there and yes i got 123 responses and honestly i havent choose best response yet coz i need to recheck again all of the reply and for sure it will take time for me to rate the best response.

I myself have never experienced having over 1oo responses. I haven't even come close! Oh yes it is possible I think the more friends you have on your friends list the more likely you are to reach the quota! Good luck with this discussion and may you win!

Having 100 responses sure is possible, I have actually seen discussions with 400 or even more..

I've had more than 100 responses to my discussions too. 2 or 3 of them in particular. The one I got the most for though was about having quit smoking for 6 months. That one garnered me 123 responses.
I was pleased that so many people had an opinion and wanted to congratulate me, but it was a nightmare trying to respond to them all LOL. It took me close to three hours.
It's definitely possible for sure.

I've never had 100 responses to any one of my discussions as of yet. The highest I have currently on one of them is 37, the second highest is 26. Even though it would be cool to have that many responses, it might make my head spin from reading all of the replies. LOL I wish you the best of luck in winning the bet with your wife.

well it is really possible! infact i had got it for just one discussion of mine and felt on top of the world. i feel addiction to mylot is pretty obvious, i got exams now a days but i still come here to post a few messages!

I would be happy to have more than 10 replys on my discussions. I've noticed that a lot of people have way over 100. You shouldn't have any problem, as it seems you do pretty well getting responses.

I think it is possible to 100, even more than 100 responses for a single discussion. But it can not be possible for any discussion you start. If you can make an interesting discusssion, that is easy to answer also , you can get that number of responses.
I think it is good to take care of the home and do some housework. It helps your wife to manage her time and work a lot besides it will make you active.
So I will be happy if you do not win the bet(Lol!!!)

I guess this proves your topic, you have accumulated over 100 responses and I believe that more responses are coming. It has taken a year though for this to happen. At what point are you going to tell your wife that you won the bet, or has she already collected on it?

I honestly don't envy those who generated more than 100 responses as it can be pretty tiring trying to comment back. But hey, I'm not complaining. I have some discussions that reach that number. I was quite surprised when a discussion I posted was something that comes out of my mind instantly and received huge responses. Just continue to think of some interesting stuff and I'm sure you will have your 100 plus responses too.

My hightest is 57!! i dont know how those people manage to cross 100 everytime they start a discussion.... sometimes i feel its their name tag their discussions are no doubt good! i dont know i guess i will have to make lots of friends and built an image!!!
