for the couples... when and how?

I met my husband in a boardinghouse when I was a sophomore in college. He went there to visit his sister. Weeks later, he came to live there, too.The other girls in the boarding house were crazy about him. I was not. He found me shy and aloof, and maybe he was a bit curious about my personality so he made a move to befriend me. When I washed my clothes, he would help me, and he even cooked for me. I thought he was just being friendly, but one day he finally courted me. It would be a very long story if I tell you all that's happened then, so to make the story short, we became steady until he graduated from college and went to work abroad. We kept a long distance relationship for 6 long years. In the year 2004, he told me he's getting engaged to another girl which broke my heart real bad. But then, in 2005, he came back and married me after all.

Well I met my partner about 9 months ago online on the website plenty of fish. We talked alot and had meant it to be jsut friends. Then I had some money problems (roommates were moving out and he said that if I wanted he could come and move in as a roommate ) so he moved in and I started to fall for him and he fell for me. We started dating and at the beggining of the relationship we had alot of problems we fought alot and broke up and got back together alot. Now just over 8 months later him and I are extremely happy and we are trying to have a baby and we are going to get married. Who would have ever thought that you could actually meet mr. right on the internet.

I am with a guy and i have been for over a year. We met at a bar actually, and it was more or less love at first sight. We moved in together after just a few months. I am so happy that I found him, he completes me... And after over a year - I love him more and more for each day that passes.

My husband and I met back up through a mutual friend. We did know each other in high school but he had a girlfriend that I thought was disgusting so I didnt even wanna talk to him. Then about 3 years later we remet through a mutual friend and just hit it off. We were like best friends for a year and a half first and then got engaged and moved in together.

we've been bestfriends for 2 years. Then we found ourselves falling for each other. but it's kinda hard because it's not a simple story. we're both girls! i've never experience that before... i never saw myself in that situation (in denial)! but i have found a bestfriend, sister, and a partner in her! We've been together for almost 3 years now. ;)

I met my husband while we were both working at Wal-mart in 1999. We started joking around during work then he gave me a ride home one day (and some change to do laundry--how sweet). Then on June 4, 1999, he showed up at my apartment at 1am and we sat up all night talking and goofing off. And I mean all night (and, yes, all we did was talk). The next night he drove me home from work and we ordered a pizza. He kissed me for the first time and I told him I was falling in love already, lol. We got engaged that night and never spent a single night apart until the next April (when I spent a week at my parents to visit). In October 1999, I got pregnant with our oldest daughter. In January 2000, just 7 months after getting engaged (and about 9 months from the time we met)we got married. We have been married 7 years now and together almost 8 years and have 4 children now (almost 7, 5 1/2, 4 1/2 and 1). I wouldn't change any of it even though looking back I realize we were both insane and it shouldn't have worked. But it did and we are still together.

My husband and i are first cousins actually,well,there's no big deal and no question about our marriage since we are muslims and cousins are allowed to marry...it was a a forced marriage because we both didn't agree about it,i was even beaten by my parents for refusing and instead loving other guy(my ex-bf)..my husband also has gf...but still they insisted us to get married and then mashaALLAH!i never expected that i would be fallen in love to my cousin and husband...and so he fell in love also to me until now!!to cut the long story short!we have a healthy baby now as a fruit of our love....i can say now that i am happily married.

I'm also single now...I got a bf before but also broke up because he fell in love others..so i feel very sad..I find it is very hard for me to find a people I love much,at the same time,he also loves me,,it is nearly impossible,so I don't know how to do..I want to get married,but dono't want to find a bf I don't love.but I can't find a bf I love also loves me.Very bad thing!

we met in college and have been together for nearly 5 years.such a long time!sure,we know each other very well,too. i think mostly guys are careless than girls,sometimes they hurt their partners unintentionally.

I meet him when we were in highschool, we were just friends at first then he confess to me that he was falling in love with me. At first, i was angry because, it will break our closeness. But then i accept things out and realize that im in love with him too.

I met my husband on a phone chat line. It was the 1st time I had ever called one up & he was the 1st person I spoke with on there. We spoke for 3 days ( not all in one go ) & then met on the 4th day. Married a month later & have been married for 11years this year. ONly started living together almost 2 years ago, after his mother passed away ( he was looking after her ) & it's been harder living together but I hope it will get better. We have a 13yo son ( not his of course but his just the same )

I was very much worried about my life partner but i am luckier to get a nice life partner .I have done arrange marrige where parents firstly search partners for there childrens then both girl and boy can talk to each other about their views if they feel that they can be good life partner they get married. if not then they go to another door , another boy, another girl untill they get right one. i was luck in this matter as i didn't rejected anyone or being rejected by any one. i am enjoying a happy married life

The short version is that his best friend was dating my guard captain at school when I was a sophomore and he was a senior. He came to practice one day and annoyed me, but I couldn't get him out of my head. I eventually got our friends to get us to go out together, and 4 months later, we started dating. Then I found out he was joining the Navy, and had to come to grips with that. Then we spent 3 years apart because of the Navy, got married in October of 2005, I moved up to Washington in December of that year, and now we're expecting our first child. :o)

I met my partner in high school. Our Junior year. He was new to the school just moved from Nebraska. He had seen me a couple of times around school but I didn't really pay attention to him. Finally we met and started talking and things went from there. We were together about two years when we moved in with each other. We got married I believe a year later and we have been together for almost 9 years next month and married for 5 years in June and we have two beautiful children who are 3 and 11 months.

I met my husband when I was in school. I had read in stories ..affairs lasting so long ..and in our case it turned out to be true. We had an affair for nearly 10 years and then when we both started earning good .we got married. Still we are so much in love with each other that we never get bored with this relationship. I everyday thank god for such a strong bonding.

I met my wife through my mom. It's like a semi setup, although I have to do all the work. My mom came to visit me from Canada and on the last day at the airport, she told her friend that I was constantly working and don't really have time to date. So, her friend's daughter called her roomate who lived near the airport to go there to meet my mom. I wasn't there, I was at work. She actually went to the airport. My mom liked her so much, she called me at work and gave me her phone number, and told not asked me to call. To make a long story short, I called 3 months later, became friends for 6 months, dated for 2 years, engaged for 1 year and now married for 3.5 years, still happy and going strong.

I met my boyfriend from chat! how funny! but then we became phone paL and txtmates.. after a long period of time he court me.. and then we met is one place he had a rose,, a chocolates.. after 5 months we became a happy couples.. it was February 03,2006 up to now we still happy.. thanks God!
