My co-worker is driving me crazy. She thinks out loud all the time and it's annoying especially when I'm trying to work. My other co-worker is also annoyed with her but we haven't said anything because she is really nice. She's a good person but she's incredibly loud about everything she does. And we also don't like it when starts speaking Spanish with someone in front of us because it's just plain rude. What should I do?
How can I tell her nicely to put a lid on it!!!?

Well, she's also much older than me so I don't know if I can tell her to shut up.

well i guess try to avoid her or ignore her but if shes really annoying and she's bothering you already and that you cant work much because of it then you better talk to her. ask her in a lunch or coffee break or dinner and be friend her. tell her some stories about your life or some jokes or anything to keep her feel she's at home with you then find time now to bring out, to tell her in a nice way. just be honest and nice and ill tell you she wont get mad. goodluck.
