who should be more involved in nation buliding;the government or the entire nation and its indwellers?

Unless the leadership at the national level from the President work sincerely for the building of our nation, I don't think our individual efforts could do a lot or a change towards building of our nation. We elected our leaders to initiate or do what are good for our nation and the populace individually should do his/her own part.

It is the entire nation that should be involved in nation building. Everybody got to have a certain roles to play in the over-all developmental program. There should be an agreed vision and plan to achieve nation's greatness. The government should make the playing field fair enough for players of different industries. And every citizen must do their part. this is the only way to do it.
