When I obtained my digital camera, Samsung digimax i5 it was top of the range, only to fall down that list very quickly as all new gadgets seem to.
But I like it a lot, I am not a professional photographer, I'm happy with the pictures that it takes, so it suits me.
I do have a couple of programmes on the computer that can do magic things with a poor picture but the fact that you can delete from the digital camera after viewing the picture helps in returning home with something that you are proud of, and I could never afford that when using film and costs of processing.

A very good photo. Your camera is still very good for you. Even though the technology is old it still serves your purposes. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the comment bob, I suppose that I am like most people, I would like something better but I don't need it.
You made me search for my bible with your " 1st Corinthians 13. 13." I know, I shouldn't have had to search for it.

That is a beautiful photo you have taken there...I think the digital camera has good to be one of the best thing to come out since the computer, I just hope the photos last as long as the Kodak type as I have noticed some of mine fading slightly, but isn't it wonderful to be able to take so many photos and not worry about the cost, I take photos for a couple of bands and it is good that I can go to a gig and take hundreds of photos without worrying about the cost...

Hi lilaclady, thanks for the comment, I don't think that the photos will fade on the computer so you always have the original, certainly when printing I use the very best photographic paper if it's for something that I hope will last.
