Trying to get my 2006 T4, reminds me of calling in to a radio contest...

Im trying to get my 2006 T4 from my last irrosponsible employer of late, im not sure if they didnt send it out or if they just dont know how to process a change of address for their employees, but the fact remains I still havent gotten it and they wont send me a new one and I can't do my taxes until I have it... So here I am trying to call Canada revenue agency or whatver the heck its called (no really I dont know what its called I only have their number and know that they will send my T4 should I ever get through... the problem is though I can't get through, I call repeatedly and get nothing but a busy signal, it reminds me of when I used to listen to the radio all the time and participate in the contests they would hold where you have to call in to win... The line is always busy and its nearly impossible to get through, except the difference is, now im not just competing with the city and area of the city I live in, but im competing with the entire country or at least the people in Canada that are in a similar situation to what Im in... Who would have thought that it would be so hard to get the required documentation just to do your taxes, I mean I know employers are required by law to send out the T4s to their empoyees and ex-employees, and I know statisticly speaking there are bound to be employers that are just not that reliable, and either dont send them out or cant figure out what to do with a change of address when they get it and so they send it to the wrong places.... But this is ridiculous (Im sure I spelled that one wrong but I donno sorry... Im tired) it shouldnt be this hard just to get your tax information so that you can do your taxes Is anyone else having a similar problem?
