Sometimes I feel like the walls are closing in. I currently manage all the finances, care for my diabetic mother, care for my diabetic son and take care of the rest of my children and husband. Does anyone else ever feel like this?

I can relate to how you feel I'm nursing my elderley mother and expecting to loose her very soon, along with coping with my dad and the rest of the family and their problems it seems theres no release throughout the day, but i look on things this way i'm glad for my life and my time on this earth i try to please as many people as i can but now i've realised i need to make time for myself and for what i want, i spend time on here and reading my books and quite easily get lost in both i have the love of a wonderful woman who keeps me going too i have diabetes myself and my daughter has had it from the age of 7 shes now 31 so anytime you need a chat give me a shout or any of the many mylot community here were great for help and supporting eachother tc xx

Yes, I have felt this way. I have always wondered though if it was more of an anixety type problem rather than depression. I have a doctors appointment next week to see what she has to say. That's what I would suggest maybe you should do if you can. It cannot hurt to see what they have to say. I really hope that you feel better soon.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
