H I V Certificate before marriage is mandatory?

Hi all is it must required to implement HIV certificate before get marriage, what to you say. if HIV certified person can marry happily with out any fear and there is no such a HIV problem chances for their family. and it will useful for both the couples to understand before marriage. would you think this rule has to be made in government do you agree with certificate? i like to implement this rule. what is your view? and for this case we can make our country with no HIV + peoples.

Personally, I don't think the government should have anything to do with this. I think it's up to the couple. If they want an HIV certificate, then they can get one.

Dear friend our state governament is planing to make this rule because of in our state is in 2nd place in hiv+. hence our govt is planing to control. may be they will be made this rule shortly. i wish them to make this rule. how about in your country? thanks for response.

I think this is a little segregational. I believe that a person with HIV would share their concerns with their partner if considering marriage. Also, what's to say that a person who gets married not having HIV, won't contract it further down the line? What would happen then? No, I don't think certification is necessary. I think it's between the two people involved, to be honest with each other, and to weigh up the consequences. Brightest Blessings.
