I don't think that a regulation of hiphop lyrics and style will change the thought patterns of african americans(blacks) or white people(caucassians) or anyone else. It is the personality of each individual that causes prejudice to revolve in a free country. How does everyone, of any race feel about this, is it going to change anything or is it a permanent scar.
