do paracetamol drug has a side effect too???????

yes, it causes excessive weakness if taken more than two tablets a day.

hi taking two tablets causes weakness then many doctors prescribe three paracetamol daily???????

That's not true. Paracetamol is prescribed thrice daily..or depending on the severity, even four times. They usually come in 500mg strength for adults. But even 1000mg tabs are available

Paracetamol other name is acetaminophen or tylenol.. very similar to aspirin is at rist for us to bleedings it could internal and external bleeding.

sorry it is not similar to other pain killers like aspirin or other NSAIDs in terms of causing bleeding. Unlike the others, Paracetamol does not cause bleeding

hi there will be no side effects of paracetamol if u take limited and if u take more it will cause jaundice and injures liver
