I'm a sample junkie, but I hate how a lot of free sample sites are restricted to the US only, so I always make it a point to go check out sites that allow Canadians to request, so I'll pass a few along...

Hello breepeace, although I am not a canuck I can say that many of the products have an address (if they don't they can be easily found on the internet). What I have found is that if you write a letter to the company saying how much you love their product they usually send you a free sample. It has happened to me so many times. One time when I was little I kept writing this art kit company that I love their product and they sent me a new art kit free! Those kits cost 10 USD or more so I was so happy when the sent me those kits. They kept sending me them and they must have sent me about five kits :). So I must say that many companies are willing to send samples like that just for writing to them. If they don't send you samples, then they usually send you some coupons instead.
