As you known, there isn't certain formula for development and it is the same by poverty reduction. It depends on the situation and condition. Each country has different background and history, therefore each country has to find out his own formula how to fight again poverty. But I think there is only one similar thing such as administration and management.To overcome the poverty we need good government with good administration and management. Unfortunately there are in many countries not easy to find people who are very good leadership to concern about this issue.
