Miracles and A higher Power

Do you believe there is a higher power that is responsible for miracles? If so what do you believe the higher power is? If not, how would you explain some of the phenomenons that happen? Do you believe in a spiritual power or in science?

i do believe in God. i am sure the miracles are caused by Him only. I will give you one example.
During Haj, when pilgrims throw stones at the Satan's Pillar, all the stones that hit the pillar fall down and disappear. You never find even a small heap of stones there. But in a distance from there, mountains of slippers that the pilgrims lost are taken away by loading them into trucks.
isnt it a miracle?
