Miscarriage due to drug abuse. I think she should be prosecuted.

My brother's girlfriend of 4 years got pregnant, they split up because she provides community service if you know what I mean, and went to be with his friend. Well, she actually went early on about 2 months into her pregnancy to see about abortion but she thought it was too much money to pay... so needless to say she continued to abuse drugs, and drink.. never once seen a doctor, well, just 1 week ago, I got a call that she had miscarried which I was not surprised. After speaking to a couple of people I found out the entire story. They had been smoking crack straight for about 18 hours, she went to the bathroom and after a little while they went to check on her and found her in a pool of blood in the bathroom and they called an ambulance.Now personally, I think this is murder. Now my neice/nephew is dead due to selfishness. I think people that do drugs or drink while pregnant should be prosecuted. How do you feel about this? Should she be prosecuted?

She should most DEFINITELY be prosecuted! There is absolutely NO reason for her to get away with something so heinous! You know, if she didn't want the baby, fine. But i'm sure your brother DID want the child...and even if he didn't, she coul dhaev had a healthy baby and adopted out if she wasn't so damned selfish. That makes me extremely angry and i hope she feels terrible for the rest of her life, but from what you have said about this whor3, she won't feel a damned thing.

My thoughts exactly, I hope that one day when reality does smack her in the face, she has to live with knowing that she pretty much murdered her child. There will come a day. Thanks for responding

I'm with you.I think you're ro right this is murder.How could you be so selfish to kill your own innocent child because you messed up in life,No one has the right to do that.If she already wanted abortiopn than this is murder.

what a very irresponsible person she is!!!
is she isn't ready to be pregnant, she should not have let herself get pregnant. i mean, there are ways one won't get pregnant, right? so, she's a very irresponsible woman!
she should have taken well care of the baby and have a healthy pregnancy. and after giving birth, if not interested with the child at all, better to give the baby to her boyfriend's family. i am sure the baby will be accepted and well loved.
i hope she could go to jail for doing such a thing and for having her baby killed by her own doings.

That is horrible I am surprised it it not a crime, I mean it makes sense she murdered that poor innocent baby who has no right in his life, she definitely should be prosecuted.

yes to being prosecuted and she should be reminded with her every waking moment what she did. My thoughts are with. no matter how far along someone is it is still a BABY in my eyes.

Its sad when people do these kinds of unnecessary things during pregnecy. they have to care atleast her child life. i think these ladies should be prosecuted as soon as possible. but i think there is no law is not yet flourished in most of the country. Because most of the ladis wont do these kind of things. if she is doing she got mad i will say like that. see we have analyse what problem had in her by doing like this. iam not saying that what she did was okay. Unfortunately she got so many deffencive words.
