how do you save money?

i know some people put it all in the bank..some in investments, stocks, shares...some in buying houses..some in piggy banks, hehehe!! what is the most sensible to save money. what's your style? have a nice day everybody!!

I don't spend my 5c & 10c coins. ONce I get them off the teller or whatever I put them into a jar & just save them up till the jar is full. I will even pass over bigger coins to tellers just so I get the smaller ones for the jar. I don't miss the money as it's only small amounts & to date I have placed $150 into the bank. That's money I would have just spent without thinking about it.

i usually take my investment decisions depending on the enviournment avaiable. Suppose we are in a rising interest rate regime i would see if there is further scope for an upward trend before investing in any fd's or rd's. I also carefully study the stock market and invset in it for high returns bith in the primary and the secondary market.
