You can check out http://www.ebay.com/. Just don't forget to ask a more detailed information from the seller. Read also about the seller's reputation before you buy.

I forgot to mention that you could also check if ebay has a website specifically made for your current location (country). That could save you from spending a lot for shipping fees.

you can get cheap 2nd hand phones @ greenhills. just be careful... sometimes they sell cellphones with defects!
