This is a very common situation to everyone in the busy busy modern world. With both husband and wife working, taking care of kids, career, home, parents etc etc. how do we all manage time and juggle between all stuffs and still manage everything.. How much responsibility do you take and how much do you pass it down to your subordinates at work or to the spouse in home ? would love to hear some inputs..
