The media hypocrisy - Don Imus v/s the Virginia Tech Shooter

Am I the only one that sees the overwhelming hypocrisy of the media, NBC in particular, in the last few weeks? A huge nationwide uproar over "nappy-headed ho", leading to the Imus firing, BUT then a non-stop spamming of the airwaves with the images of the Virginia Tech shooter in various poses with his weapons. and excerpts of his demented writing. It's tabloid quality news from these supposed journalists at best, and at worst it's a clear indication of the what the media is truly all about - the almighty dollar.
