" forgive and forget "..easier said than done..is it right?

easier said than done is what they usually say about this. yeah it maybe, but for me i can easily forgive and then forget because i easily accept things that had happened in my life and still happening now. i forget the bad memories we had, instead think of all the happy memories we had. either be my boyfriend, my friends , my family, my relatives or anybody. because if you forgive, if you dont feel bitter or dont hate someone ..you feel light and happy right?....what do you think???

yep I do think so,but just like you side easier said than done,sometime something is just hard to forgive and forget,that's what we want but not all of us can get. you need have a big heart, positive attitude, kindness too much thing.I'm not that good so sometime I just can not forgive and forget.

I agree with that many people would say that it is really hard to forgive and forget but in my case I have experienced that. Yes sometimes it is really hard to do it maybe to forgive its easy but to forget the situation that made me hurt the most i think that should give some time to accept the truth and to move on.
