did you see ghost?

My husband and some of our friends say that there's a spirit of some kind in our apartment. I'm not sure if I believe that, but I don't necisarily disbelieve it. The only thing weird that I've noticed since moving in is that the time on our VCR will change by an hour once in a while. But my husband says that the spirit materialized as our old roommate before I moved in. He actually had an entire conversation in the livingroom, thinking it was the roommate. Then my hubby got up to go to the bathroom, leaving the roomie on the couch. The roomie was in his bedroom. The way our apartment is laid out, there's no way roomie could have gotten around my husband to his bedroom without being noticed. And when asked about the conversation they had, the roomie had no recollection at all. And we've had friends at parties say they heard voices, but that could have been because they were drunk, haha.
