I think leaving the net maybe helpful in someways. It just depends on how you use the net. If you use the net just by chatting, I think it would help you do good in your exams. But if you use the net by researching on some things related to your school and your subjects and topics in school, well leaving the net is not the reason for you to have good grades. Much luck to you :) Let us know how you do on your exams. When I was in college I used the internet a lot to study and communicate with professors. Currently, my husband is taking online classes, so it is vital he has the internet even during exam time :) As for me, I don't know what I'd do without it. I think I'm addicted, but not in an unhealthy way.
