Shootings in a dormitory and academic hall at Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, on Monday left 33 people dead, including the gunman who took his own life. Twelve other students were being treated at area hospitals. What was your first reaction when you heard about these shootings? What do you think universities and U.S. society should do to prevent events like this from happening in the future?
