reasons for discharge

I just found some old papers that belonged to my grandparents. In the papers was something about my great-uncle being discharged on account of minority. I was wondering what that means. My mother says he got into trouble, but I don't think so. The card is dated July 15th, 1944.

What kind of papers did you find this in? In 1944, it could be a lot of things, such as Service discharge, a bill discharge, Court discharge, ect... You would need to give more details of your findings.
