while many of us frequntly do nice things for others, we are almost certain tomention our acts of kindness to someone else, secretly seeking their approval. but there is something even more magical about doing something thoughtful and mentioning it to no one! by keeping your act to yourself, you ensure that the rewards truly come from the act of giving! why dont you try it and then tell me what happens, how you feel after doing it! :)

i agree,
I would donate to charity but i would only do it anonymously and i would never tell anyone about it - they would just think that i am tryin to impress them - which is a bad thing.

if i did something good to others, i don't really tell it to anyone... im really not that kind of person... =)

im not the kind of person to brag something that i did out of kindness just to gain the approval of the people arround you. i do something nice for people because i wanted. i dont do something nice because i need something in return or i need their acceptance/approval.
